The advanced Habit wall paneling system is a modular concept designed to integrate seamlessly into interior architecture, moving far beyond the idea of a simple wall covering.
The project was created as a flexible design tool capable of bringing character and stylistic coherence to the home, transforming the wall into a highly striking, textured surface.The collection’s very name evokes the concept of “dressing” spaces through a refined, highly customizable offering, designed to fit naturally into both living and sleeping areas.
Living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms find a new visual equilibrium, thanks to a design that combines Made in Italy excellence with avant-garde engineering.
Technical revolution: the structural cavity and plays of volume
The extraordinary design flexibility of Habit is made possible by an intelligent engineering solution. Through the use of strategic spacers, the cladding panels step forward from the wall, creating a hidden technical cavity.
This concealed space allows cables, transformers, and electrical systems to be integrated and hidden from view, facilitating the installation of light sources or TV screens, while also masking any structural irregularities in the wall. Furthermore, the forward positioning of the modules creates a sophisticated play of volumes that adds three-dimensional depth to the room. This is enhanced by the lighting component, which is fundamental to the project: integrated perimeter, vertical, or horizontal LED lights emphasize the geometries, amplifying the scenic impact and creating an atmospheric ambiance.
Material versatility and seamless furniture integration
From a compositional standpoint, Habit stands out for its wide palette of materials, ranging from the minimalism of smooth panels (lacquered, super-matt, eco-wood, veneered) to premium options like Light Stone (porcelain stoneware), leather, or mirror. For a dynamic tactile effect, the Vibra panels feature a vertical slatted texture with a refined alternation of ridges and grooves.
The system also develops in depth with slim, extruded aluminum shelves equipped with LEDs, and pairs perfectly with Box 18 suspended storage units and the new Velia storage units. Thanks to special supports, modules of different depths can be anchored while maintaining a perfect flush front alignment, offering endless custom configuration possibilities for a total-look interior.
